Well here is my Latest Project for the Hog Shed. So here's the deal.... Country Living Magazine is going to be at the Hog Shed on June 11th and 12th Taking Lots of Pictures and do an article on the shop, so I wanted to have something done that would catch there eye. and after looking at all my books and magazines from Country Living it became very obvious that they have seen pretty much every possible variation of a slip cover!!! so maybe a little Amy Butler will get there attention. I Hope I hope I hope !!!
I am Happy with it and am glad that I am done with it. Now on to other projects. I will keep you posted on when they tell us the article will be out all I know is that it will be sometime in 09. Other then this we are getting ready for our middle child, Autumn to Graduate. Only 3 more days of school!! and enjoying beautiful weather !!! I Love it and it's getting harder and harder to be in the shop working on Slipcovers.

It is spectacular Cyndi! I do hope I can make it there on Thursday and see this work of art in person! You are just tooooo good!
you are so talented! This is gorgeous, and looks so nice. I am sure they will love it! Please let me know how it goes. I have been getting that magazine for a long time now, it is my favorite! How exciting!
Cyndi,
I love your chair. It is just beautiful. You did such a wonderful job, as usual. I can see it myself in just three more days! Can't wait to be there.
Love, mom

well i'm impressed with your slipcovering ability. I'm somewhat new to sewing and I'm dying to try to make a slipcover for a chair and couch. Any advice? Or do you know of some good instructions somewhere? I'm just so scared of trying to sew with ALL that fabric-not to mention trying to figure out how to cut it and put it all together.

Cyndi, the chair is beautiful. Amy Butler has some great fabrics and I love how you combined them.
